Staying at the hotel was like being in a trendy apartment, with clean and well-designed rooms. The location was fantastic, making it easy to reach many landmarks and restaurants. The service was incredibly helpful and accommodating, with knowledgeable staff always available. However, the proximity to public toilets caused some disturbance, and the dining options were limited.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the location is superb, right next to a beautiful basilica and surrounded by great restaurants. However, the noise from the reception area could be bothersome, especially for someone who prefers a quieter atmosphere. The service was top-notch in terms of efficiency and kindness, but the proximity to the church may present accessibility challenges. The rooms offer a lovely view of the Basilica but can be noisy, especially for non-smokers. The dining options were varied and satisfactory, although not all onsite. Facilities were decent, but the sound of the bell from the church could be disruptive.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was perfect with a lovely view overlooking the square and basilica, but it was a bit noisy due to the outside AC machine. The service was top-notch, always pleasant and helpful, and I even booked a river cruise through the hotel very easily. The location was ideal, almost right in the center of the city, perfect for exploring and enjoying the view of the Basilica and Christmas Markets. The dining options were limited, but there are plenty of cafes nearby. Overall, a great value for money.
